Available in various formats size and thicknesses.

1. What is the sample policy?

For stone samples are free for test quality. The sintered stone samples will be delivery by Express. For Shipping charge, would you please kindly afford it in advance, when place the order, the shipping charge will be reduced from the amount.

2, What is the sintered stone slabs leaing time?

For stock slabs, we can arrange the containers loading within 3-5 days after receiving the down-payment, which depends on the shipping date. If not stone slabs in stock, , usually takes 15 - 25days.

3, What information do I need to offer when I have an enquiry?

If you have the enquiry, please kindly advise us: Slabs Size, Thickness, Finish, Quantity. If for the projects enquiry, please send us the drawing if it is availble.

4, What is the MOQ?

One bundle is acceptable to load from our stock colors.

5, What is your payment terms?

Our payment terms are T/T, PayPal, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery, LC at sight.

6, What if the products are broken during the transition?
